1. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders take between 5-12 business days to arrive.

Although our delivery times are a little longer than some, it allows us to charge a better price for our customer. Since we only ship from one warehouse worldwide it is also better for the environment. We don't send any unsold goods to landfill. 🌎

If your order has not arrived after 12 business days then please contact our customer support team enquiries@louiscarter.co.uk

 

2. Are orders tracked?

Yes our orders are tracked and you can track your order here.

 

3. Can I return my order if it doesn't fit?

If any items don't fit then we can provide an exchange or refund. Please ensure that the item is in the same condition as when you received it.
